Herefordshire & Worcestershire Sports Awards 2017
The Herefordshire & Worcestershire Sports Awards aims to reward and recognise those people from across the two counties that take part, work, coach and volunteer in Sport and Physical Activity. These awards are an opportunity for local people, clubs and organisations to be celebrated for their hard work, commitment and passion for grass roots sport as well as those who are participating at both amateur and professional levels.
There is no better time to nominate an individual, club or organisation whose achievements deserve to be recognised and this year we have made some changes to recognise even more deserving recipients. New for this year includes Female coach of the Year which aims to recognise the work females make in the coaching environment either as a coach, activator, leader, coordinator or instructor. This award has been developed as part of our work on Reach - a national campaign run by Sports Coach UK
If you know people, teams, clubs, organisations or schools that deserve to be recognised for their achievements or contributions to local sport, please take the time to nominate them.
