Adults at Risk
As an organisation we place the same emphasis on adult safeguarding as we do for children.
All adults, regardless of age, ability or disability, gender, race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, marital or transgender status have the right to be protected from abuse and poor practice and to participate in an enjoyable and safe environment.
We want everyone to feel able to take part in sport and physical activity but this is not always the case.
Do you have concerns that you, or someone that you know, is being abused or neglected?
If the answer to this is 'yes' it needs to be reported to the County Council, however if you believe a crime has been committed call the police on 999.
