"Sports Partnership Herefordshire & Worcestershire is committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and disseminating good practise across our network of partners and stakeholders"
It is the policy of Sports Partnership Herefordshire and Worcestershire to protect all children, young people and adults at risk and ensure that the welfare of all is of paramount importance.
Our policies are designed to protect and advise, guiding our employees whilst also setting standards to our local sport and physical activity network. SPHW expect commissioned organisations and service providers to adhere to our procedures as a minimum standard or operate their own effective safeguarding policy. The policies relates to children and young people under the age of 18 and to adults at risk respectively.
Below is a link to our full safeguarding policies. These may be used as guidance to help you develop your own; however if you wish to find policies for specific sports please refer to your National Governing Body.
