Share your sport or physical activity session for free on our website and promote 1000's of people from across both counties who visit the site to find how to get active.
Strong and Steady Exercise Classes are designed for people who feel unsteady on their feet or have had a fall. The classes aim to improve strength and balance, and also to help people feel more confident when out and about.
The National Lottery Community fund has awarded over £370K to support work in reducing social isolation across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
The new project, Our Community Can - be active and creative, will improve access to creative and active opportunities across the two counties.
