The are a number of local, regional and national sources of funding available to clubs, groups, facilities, coaches and talented individuals. The finding finder below can help you identify suitable sources of funding for your project, programme or facility development. The Sports Partnership Herefordshire & Worcestershire can provide additional advice and support to your club/group to identify the most suitable sources of funding and the team can also help with the application process. Local, Regional and National funding sources can added to the Sports Partnership Herefordshire & Worcestershire's Funding Finder. To submit a funding source click on the 'Add Fund' icon and complete the form. All submissions will be approved prior to becoming live. Gedling Borough Council - Community Grant

up to £1,500

Every year Gedling Borough Council give money to support local community groups and activities.

Nottinghamshire County Councillors' Divisional Fund

up to £5,000

The Nottinghamshire County Councillors' Divisional Fund gives every County Councillor £5,000 to spend on projects, people and organisations in their areas.

Nottingham Together - Small Grant Programme

£50 to £2,000

The Nottingham Together Small Grants of between £50 and £2,000 aim to support and develop activities that promote coming together, cohesion or neighbourliness amongst and between Nottingham's communities.

Club and Coach Education Programme 2017-2018

The programme has been established in partnership with Active 4 Today, Ashfield District Council, Bassetlaw District Council, Gedling Borough Council, Mansfield District council and Rushcliffe Borough Council who are all committed to supporting the development of the County's sports coaches and volunteers.

Rushcliffe Borough Council FANS (Free Access to National Sportspeople)

The FANS scheme provides sportspeople of a national level with free access to fitness, swimming and aerobics for 12 months at Rushcliffe Borough Council run sports facilities.

Rushcliffe Coach Scholarship Scheme

up to £600

The Coach Scholarship Scheme enables people who coach at a club in Rushcliffe to achieve and improve their coaching qualifications and experience.

HSBC Golf Roots Plus

up to £1,500

HSBC Golf Roots Plus supports local groups and organisations working with young people where involvement in golf may provide an alternative and positive focus. It may be used as a diversion to antisocial behaviour or as an inspirational activity that provides an opportunity for young people to experience the wide and varied benefits of golf.

Sport England - Small Grants Programme

£300 to £10,000

Sport England's Small Grants Programme focus is on increasing participation in sport by people aged 14 years and above. A wide range of organisations can apply including sports clubs, local authorities and community organisations.

The East Midlands Dance Academy

up to £100

The East Midlands Dance Academy offer financial support to passionate fitness teachers and instructors hoping to develop their career in the fitness industry. The Open Bursary is available to anyone wanting to take a course or continuing professional development (CPD) through one of our organisation members.

The Rowing Foundation

£500 to £3,000

The Rowing Foundation is a registered charity. Its purpose is to promote the participation in rowing of young people (those under 18 or still in full time education) and the disabled of all ages.

The Bingham Trust

up to £1,000

The Bingham Trust provides grants for projects which benefit the SK17 postcode in and around Buxton.

Coach Development Grant Scheme

up to £100

The Blaby Coach Development Grant Scheme aims to support the development of local coaches and clubs by offering them financial assistance to access National Governing Body coaching qualifications in their chosen sport.

Awards For All

£500 to £10,000

National Lottery Awards for All offers funding from £300 to £10,000 to support what matters to people and communities.
