There are not many opportunities to learn and share with coaches from other sports, especially when it comes to a universal topic such as talent. We have four workshops lined up for this purpose.
In this workshop you will explore the definition, understanding and research associated with talent in sport, discussing the implications for you and your athletes/players with coaches from other sports.

In celebration of International Women's day we are looking to run a series of workshops and session to promote women in sport and exercise and raise awareness of the lack of female in the sports industry! Education, confidence and opportunities are thing that Get Berkshire Active and the Project 500 team are passionate - so join us this week!
This workshop is aimed at all females - coaches, volunteers, instructors, players and parents looking to find out more about how nutrition fits in usual day to day life and how it might change when training or exercising as a women.
