'Netwalking' for Worcester Stands Tall

Worcester BID, Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce and Sports Partnership Herefordshire and Worcestershire, have joined forces to produce a "Netwalking" event for businesses in support of Worcester Stands Tall (WST), enabling local businesses and employees to improve their health and well-being whilst expanding their network and enjoying the beautiful city in the process.

This event will serve as a taster for both the Worcester Stands Tall trail and for what is to come over the next couple months, with repeated netwalking events taking place throughout August and September.

Guests are invited to meet at The Hive before embarking at 6pm on the trail across the city ending at the Old Rectifying House to enjoy a well deserved Pimms and array of nibbles. Attendees will be able to enjoy a chance to network after the stroll, with plenty of opportunities for photographs with the sponsors, artists and giraffes.

Worcester is getting ready to welcome 56 giraffes as part of a Wild in Art event with St Richard's Hospice, Worcester Stands Tall. The giraffes will be placed on a six-mile route across the city, encompassing the High Street, parks, schools and open spaces. Over 30 businesses and schools in the county have come together to sponsor the event, with the countdown now on to reveal the designs of the giraffes that have been created by a host of local artists, that will brighten the streets of Worcester for 10-weeks from July.
