Whatever your current level of fitness there is no slacking at boot camp, our instructors will encourage you to push past your mental or physical barriers, helping you achieve what you thought you couldn't do.

A mix of running and resistance training, challenging every muscle in your body and with little time for rest you'll burn hundreds of calories, even when you stop.

You won't be bored when you join us at Friday Night Circuits at RGSW
Guaranteed to get your heart rate up & strengthens your muscles at the same time. You’ll move quickly through the exercise stations, working different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations. Each station has a different exercise. You’ll work at your own pace, and there is always a choice of weight, usually giving your best effort for 60 seconds, before you move on to the next station. Your coaches are there to ensure you carry out the exercises correctly using good form and technique.
