Come and bowl us over where we will combine the sport of bowls with different tasks and activities to help you improve your skills and learn more about the game. Being very similar to boccia it’s a great opportunity to try something different and get
involved with our new disability bowls session.

Slow flowing repetitive movements make this class particularly suitable for people living with dementia or cognitive impairment.

Come along to our community boccia club which is open to all abilities and ages. Our friendly club is always looking for new participants to join in with this Paralympic Sport which is similar to bowls.
Bromsgrove Methodist Church Centre

Meet new people, keep active and remain independent by coming along to our mobility exercise sessions for all abilities including people with mental health conditions. There is also opportunity to play boccia which is a form of indoor bowls.

This fun multi activity session is open to all abilities and ages. With a variety of games and activities being delivered each week by our qualified coaches the session is open for individuals and groups to come and join in.
Friday 19th April (10:00 - 16:00)
Redditch Borough Councils specialist trike bikes are available to hire at the Abbey Stadium. They are specifically designed for disabled people to keep active using the outside track.
The trikes cater for all abilities and our fleet includes a handcycle, single seater trike and side by side trike.
Saturday 20th April (10:00 - 11:00)
Our fun and friendly activity club welcomes all forms of ability to join in with the variety of sports activities taking place each week.

Weekly football session for children aged 5+ with learning difficulties.

Come along and join in with our cycling sessions for people with disabilities. With specialist adapted trikes available, you can pedal away with our qualified coaches.
